Adeyemi Adebisi Josephine

Adeyemi Adebisi is a seasoned executive with over three decades of leadership in legal advisory, corporate governance, and strategic business transformation. She currently serves as Managing Director/CEO of DCSL Corporate Services Ltd, where she has led the firm’s evolution into a leading provider of governance and corporate secretarial services in Nigeria.

Adebisi holds an MBA from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University and an LLB from Ahmadu Bello University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. She has served as President of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and currently chairs the Board of Trustees of WIMBIZ. Her boardroom experience spans multiple sectors, including retail, healthcare, and non-profit, with current roles as Independent Non-Executive Director at Eventful Ltd and the Centre for Women’s Health & Information, and Chair of the Advisory Board at Gatimo Ltd (Ruff ‘n’ Tumble).

Her expertise includes board leadership, compliance, strategy, legal advisory, and stakeholder engagement. She is a sought-after facilitator, mentor, and speaker, with executive training from Harvard, Wharton, Kellogg, and IESE.
