Ereifemi Akeredolu is a seasoned business leader with a proven record of driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation within the financial services industry. As the Managing Director/CEO of CardinalStone Trustees Limited, she established the business from the ground up through building its operational and technology framework, securing regulatory approvals, and steering the company to exceptional performance. Under her leadership, the organization delivered sustained growth in operating income and Assets Under Management (AUM), driven by clear strategic direction, rigorous risk management, and high governance standards that reinforced stakeholders’ confidence and trust. 

With expertise in trust services, wealth management, financial advisory, business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and data analytics, she is recognized for identifying high value opportunities, strengthening industry relationships, and delivering client centric solutions.

Before joining CardinalStone Trustees, Ereifemi held leadership roles at United Capital Plc, Investment One, Allianz Nigeria, and AXA Mansard, where she consistently scaled business units, significantly grew revenue, and developed high performing teams.

She holds an MBA from the Business School Netherlands, a PGP in Data Science & Business Analytics from the University of Texas, and professional qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute (Nigeria & UK). She is also a Barrister-at-Law and a SEC sponsored individual.
