Yosola Odunaiya

Yosola Odunaiya is an accomplished finance and investment professional with over 17 years of diverse experience spanning the manufacturing and financial services sectors. He is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University and began his career in the manufacturing industry, where he held roles at Industrial & Farm Equipment Company (IFECO), Nestlé Nigeria Plc, and PZ Cussons (formerly Patterson Zochonis Industries). During this time, he developed a strong foundation in operations within the Manufacturing and FMCG sectors.

He later transitioned to the financial services industry, joining WSTC Financial Services Limited—a leading securities trading and financial advisory firm in Nigeria—where he managed portfolios for High Net Worth Individuals and provided strategic financial advisory services.

Since joining First Trustees, Yosola has held key positions across Portfolio Management, Business Development, and Treasury. He currently serves as the Head of the Trust Investment & Strategy Department. Under his leadership, the department has consistently achieved record-breaking performance in both revenue generation and profit-before-tax (PBT).
